Job Description

  • Establish a yearly audit calendar and ensure timely completion
  • Arrange the stock room of all shops in proper order for audit convenience
  • Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory shop wise
  • Review inventory counts and balance accuracy
  • Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions
  • Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies
  • Planning and execution of Stock QC Audit
  • Keeping in touch of changes in inventory control best practices in order to educate staff and issue policy changes
  • Compiling inventory reports and issuing them to management
  • To perform special audits, announced and unannounced
  • To review cash control, safety, security and inventory procedures.
  • To Ensure Loss Prevention in analysis and data collection processes involving internal and external investigations
  • To reduce inventory shrinkage and cash losses in assigned audit division
  • Report and correct identified violations
  • Reporting to Operation Manager on daily basis
  • To manage shop to shop stock movement and transfer orders.
  • To manage and record all shops claims, Exchanges and all Transfer IN/OUT
  • Any other task assigned by management

Specifications:

  • Graduate (BCOM, BSC etc)  with 2-3 years of Shop/ Outlet Audit Experience
  • Timely Completion of Stock Audits
  • Maintaining accurate Inventory at each outlet
  • Finding the root cause of problems and provide solution at the Outlet
  • Discipline and regularity at the locations
  • All records under control should be kept updated and in an organized manner.
  • Minimum errors and delay in providing all information & reports.
